Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhopal for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategizing and managing the sales process, identifying and acquiring potential clients, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and collaborating with teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Proficiency in lead generation, client acquisition, sales strategy development, and sales performance tracking.
Business Development:
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and account management capabilities.
Market Research:
Knowledge of market analysis, competitor research, and identifying business opportunities.
Communication:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Leadership:
Experience in team management, driving performance, and motivating team members.
Tech-Savviness:
Understanding of IT products/services, digital marketing, and CRM tools is an advantage.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
