Role Overview

The MP Head/ Deputy Head – Digital will be responsible for managing the overall digital content strategy and driving audience growth for  in Madhya Pradesh. This role will focus on expanding reach, engagement, and influence while aligning with ’s editorial and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute the digital content strategy for Madhya Pradesh across  platforms.
- Drive audience growth through content planning, SEO, social media, and distribution strategies.
- Monitor and optimize content performance using analytics and audience insights.
- Coordinate with editorial, social, video, and tech teams to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Identify regional trends, stories, and opportunities to strengthen ’s digital presence in MP.
- Ensure alignment between regional content initiatives and central digital strategy.
- Manage and mentor the state digital team to improve productivity and performance.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of digital journalism, content strategy, and audience growth tools.

- Experience with analytics platforms, SEO, and social media ecosystems.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable content strategies.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi; understanding of regional context is essential.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in digital media, content leadership, or regional digital roles.
- Prior experience managing state or regional digital operations preferred.
