District Coordinator ACF; Project: Global Fund

Position: District Coordinator ACF (Project: Global Fund)
Develop and implement detailed micro plans for Active Case Finding (ACF) activities at the district level and DRTB hub establishment.
Organize X-ray camps for key vulnerable populations and ensure maintenance of field-level data reports.
Map, engage, and activate AYUSH doctors and informal providers for referring presumptive TB cases.
Coordinate on-ground activities with district authorities and project teams for smooth execution.
Contribute to monitoring and evaluation of TB project performance and impact.
Oversee community engagement and X-ray screening activities at district and field levels.
Collaborate with State and District National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP) teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Provide comprehensive support in aligning district activities with overall project goals in coordination with the Project Management Unit (PMU).
Maintain regular reporting, documentation, and adherence to project guidelines.
Travel 10–15 days per month for field visits and execute project activities efficiently.
