• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in customer service, office management, or administrative support preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

• Manage customer claim inquiries and support daily claim activities.
• Coordinate claim team communication to maintain efficient workflows.
• Assist with claim updates.
• Track and report progress to the agent.
• Support community engagement and customer outreach initiatives.
