We are offering a fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in North Heath, Erith, DA8 3EX
. We are looking to recruit a Trainee Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full‑time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move
, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

• Register customers and carry out property matches for sales properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross‑sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

Industry experience is preferred but not essential for this post as full training will be given; however we will be requiring relevant transferrable skills in customer service, sales and targeted environments
.

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £26,000 per annum
• First few months guaranteed commission pay
• 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota

It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
