Service Co-ordinator – Power at Speedy Hire
Location:
Erith – Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 17:00pm (42 hours per week)
Speedy, the UK’s leading hire provider, is looking to recruit a Service Coordinator with knowledge of customer services and coordination to effectively manage all aspects of the mobile Service Engineers’ work schedules and deal with all onsite service issues as reported by the customers. The coordinator will be the front line of our customer interaction, processing orders, ensuring every need is met and every question answered, and will play a vital role in delivering the first‑class customer service that makes us the best partner in our sector.
Responsibilities- Manage mobile Service Engineers’ work schedules.
- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery.
- Handle all onsite service issues reported by customers.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Support the team to deliver our ESG Strategy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow‑up.
- Great telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Strong customer focus
- Adaptability to new situations
- Ability to work toward targets and KPIs
- A desire to learn and expand product knowledge
- Personality and drive to sell our products
- Previous hire experience is desirable
