Responsibilities- An exciting job opportunity to join the Housing Management Team as a Supported Housing Officer. Deliver services primarily for customers aged 55 and over within our Independent Living framework.
- Provide frontline housing management across five to six sheltered schemes in the Bexley Borough for vulnerable customers including adults with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, and older people.
- Carry out health and safety checks, ensure maintenance or repair work is completed, resolve neighbour disputes or incidents of anti-social behaviour, and offer tenancy advice to customers or their support agencies.
- Normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm; occasional out-of-hours work may be required to meet customer needs.
- Must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle insured for business use.
