About the Nursery Purpose-built 50-place day nursery, opened January 2024, with a modern layout and a home-from-home environment. Located 5 minutes from Erith train station.

The Role
• Lead and manage the Baby Room
• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
• Support and supervise Early Years staff
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety standards Requirements
• Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (or above)
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner (desirable)
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Confident leadership and communication skills Salary & Benefits• £28,600 per annum
