We are seeking dedicated and professional SIA licensed security guards to join our team on an ad-hoc basis to cover shifts across Bexhill, Hastings, and Eastbourne. As a security guard with OMS, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment for our clients.

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorised access
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Conduct regular checks and report any security breaches or hazards
• Provide a visible and reassuring security presence for clients and customers
• Maintain detailed incident reports

• Valid SIA Licence is essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice
