As a Cabana Café Bartender at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $25.00 per hour.

• Deliver consistently high guest service while maintaining a safe environment.
• Keep bar area clean in accordance with food safety guidelines and local health department requirements.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout your shift and account for any discrepancies.
• Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes outlined in the standard operating procedures to keep drink costs at a minimum and ensure guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Fulfill specialty cocktail requests, dietary restrictions, allergies, and special occasions.
• Report imperfections and blemishes and work with other positions to correct them.
• Communicate with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment remains.
• Stand for long periods, move frequently, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Work outdoors in seasonal heat or cold and inclement weather.
