Bar Manager

About the Role

• Leading, mentoring and developing a large FOH bar team
• Creating a positive, respectful and motivated team culture
• Setting and maintaining high service standards across all bars
• Training staff with confidence, patience and clarity
• Ownership of stock control, ordering, wastage and cost management
• Ensuring systems, processes and compliance are followed consistently
• Maintaining quality, speed and presentation during busy services
• Working closely with senior management, kitchen and events teams
• Being visible, approachable and engaged during service

• Has proven experience managing bars in busy, quality-focused venues
• Is a natural people-leader with excellent interpersonal skills
• Communicates clearly, calmly and respectfully
• Enjoys developing others and seeing their team succeed
• Takes pride in creating a great guest experience through great people
• Is organised, consistent and dependable
