Job Title: RN Registered Nurse - PACU or Endoscopy
Location: Beverly MA 01915
Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks
Working Hours: 40/week
Shift Timing: Days 8:00am
Responsibilities of Registered Nurse:
- Assess and care for patients based on age and diagnosis standards.
- Communicate with Providers, Charge Nurse, and team about patient conditions.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or treatment response.
- Perform nursing duties under supervision in all departments.
- Follow Five Medication Rights to prevent errors.
- Develop and assess patient teaching plans; involve family as needed.
- Interact with patients, families, and team with respect and empathy.
- Address psychosocial, cultural, and religious needs of patients.
- Provide age-appropriate care based on growth and development principles.
- Document care and support personnel orientation and in-services.
Required:
- 1 year Registered Nurse experience.
Required:
- RN License MA
- BLS
- ACLS
- Covid card
- Booster Dose
- Flu Shot
- Driving License.
