Experienced Travel RN needed for a high-performing Labor & Delivery and Maternal-Newborn unit in Beverly, Massachusetts (01915). Provide the full scope of perinatal nursing care—from prenatal evaluation through intrapartum support, operative delivery assistance, recovery, postpartum, and couplet care—while working with a collaborative clinical team.

Travel Nursing Job Details- Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
- Location: Beverly, MA 01915 (North Shore / Greater Boston area)
- Start Date: 03/23/2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (through 06/20/2026) with potential to extend
- Schedule: 36 hours/week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed; guaranteed hours exclude on-call time worked)
- Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
- Shift Times: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
- Rotation Pattern: Rotating in blocks (approximately every 2–4 weeks)
- Float Requirement: No
- Estimated Weekly Pay Range: $2,700–$2,840
- License: Active RN license (Massachusetts or compact where applicable)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (3–5+ years preferred)
- EMR: Epic experience required
- Certifications: BLS (AHA) and NRP required
- Preferred: ACLS and Advanced Fetal Monitoring / fetal certification
- Preferred Skill: Comfortable supporting operative deliveries in the OR (C-sections)
- Onboarding: Flu vaccine required during onboarding (declinations not accepted)
- Provide comprehensive intrapartum nursing care, including assessment, monitoring, and labor support
- Manage maternal and fetal monitoring, recognizing and escalating changes in condition promptly
- Assist with operative deliveries, including intraoperative and recovery care as needed
- Deliver postpartum and mother-baby couplet care for well babies and families
- Support care for premature newborns and infants requiring a higher level of observation and coordination
- Collaborate with OB/GYNs, anesthesia, NICU, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based perinatal care
- Document accurately and efficiently in Epic EMR, following unit and regulatory standards
