Hours:

72 hours biweekly (guaranteed hours do not include on-call time)

Shift: 10-hour days, 40 hours/week (08:00–18:00 or 07:00–17:00) Call:

Active MA license required at time of submission BLS & ACLS required Flu vaccine required during onboarding (declinations not accepted) Submission Requirements: BILH cover sheet required at time of submission Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months (perm, per diem, contract)
