• Location:
  
  Beverly & Addison Gilbert Hospital
• Schedule:
  
  40 hours/week, day shifts (4x 10 hours, 8-6p or 7-5p), with call requirements
• Call: 12-hour overnights and/or weekends, typically 2-3 call shifts overnight/week and/or 1-2 weekends/month, 30-minute response time
• Education:
  
  BSN preferred
• Experience:
  
  Cath Lab experience required; interventional radiology, EPIC, travel experience preferred; proficient in balloon pumps; able to take call for STEMI
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS
• License:
  Active MA license required at submission
• Vaccination:
  Flu vaccine required for new staff starting 9/2; current staff vaccinated by 12/1 (declinations not accepted)
• Restrictions:
  Local candidates not accepted; cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within past 6 months
