• Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (Charge Nurse)
• Location: Beverly, MA 01915 (Massachusetts nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (February 9, 2026 – May 9, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours: 36 hours per week (Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license (required at time of application)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Previous Charge Nurse experience in an ER setting
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC equivalency), TNCC
• Ability to pass clinical competency and Relias onboarding tests
• Willingness to float to neighboring facility as needed
• No prior employment at health system within the past 6 months

• Lead and coordinate the Emergency Department team as Charge Nurse during night shifts
• Manage patient care assignments and uphold high standards of clinical practice
• Deliver expert, compassionate care to patients in urgent and emergent situations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as required
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
