• Location: Beverly, MA 01915 (North Shore, Massachusetts)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (December 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026)
• Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00am – 7:30pm)
• Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2360–$2420
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems
• Ability to pass a day-one clinical competency test (one attempt only)
• Successful completion of Relias testing during onboarding (two attempts allowed)
• Willingness to float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
• Not eligible if employed in a permanent position at BILH within the last 6 months

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and perform advanced clinical nursing procedures
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely patient documentation
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and families
• Float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed to support patient care
