We’re looking for an Assembler / Brazer I to join our team and support the production of highâquality, precision components. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys handsâon work, is eager to learn, and wants to grow their skills in a fastâpaced manufacturing environment.

• Assist with assembly and basic brazing operations on small components
• Work under a microscope for assembly and inspection tasks as needed
• Use common hand tools and basic measuring tools accurately and safely
• Read and follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and technical prints
• Support production goals by maintaining a steady workflow and strong attention to detail
• Learn new processes and techniques as product lines and requirements evolve
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and ask questions when clarification is needed
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned

• Some mechanical or precision manufacturing experience is prefered
• Comfort working with microscopes and small parts
• Basic proficiency with hand tools and measuring tools (i.e digital/manual calipers)
• Must be able to read English and understand technical prints
• Dependable, motivated to learn, good sense of urgency
• U.S. Citizenship and are able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $23.00 / hour
