We’re looking for a skilled Assembler / Brazer II to join our team and help build high quality, precision components used across a variety of products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast paced environment where attention to detail truly matters.

• Perform assembly and brazing operations on small, tight tolerance components
• Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect miniature parts
• Use a wide range of hand tools and precision measuring tools with confidence and accuracy
• Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency while meeting quality and production goals
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts
• Learn and master new assembly processes as product lines evolve
• Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and safety requirements
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned

• 3+ years experience in Assembly, Precision Manufacturing, or Brazing
• Comfortable working under a microscope with small, delicate and tight tolerance components
• Proficient with hand tools, gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Read and interpret detailed work instructions, specifications, technical prints and engineering Drawings
• Eagerness to learn new techniques and take on a variety of product builds
• U.S. Citizenship and are able to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance

Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.50 / hour
