As an individual contributor, you will assemble and test products of varying complexity, ensure strict quality standards are met, and support process improvements within a clean, organized manufacturing environment.

• Pay Rate: $21.00-$28.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

• Assemble electro-mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, standard, and custom products in accordance with specifications and procedures
• Fit, align, and adjust components requiring close tolerances and precision alignment
• Cut, strip, solder, crimp, and terminate small gauge wiring using hand and power tools
• Set up and test completed products using automated and manual testing methods to ensure customer and quality requirements are met
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing work area
• Instruct and support other team members in assembly and testing methods
• Assist with the development and improvement of assembly procedures to enhance quality and clarity
• Perform additional duties as required

• Ability to multitask accurately while maintaining organization and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
• Team-oriented approach with the initiative to improve products and processes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Understanding of customer service principles in a manufacturing environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills
