Supply Chain Manager

Overview

Amphenol Pcd is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the Supply Chain team, including supervision of purchasing teams in multiple locations. This role is responsible for all material and expense acquisitions across the business with a focus on improved pricing and on-time deliveries to support customer needs.

• Review open purchase orders, monitor vendor performance, and ensure on-time delivery; expedite orders when necessary.
• Address and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing in a timely manner, in accordance with standard procedures.
• Coach and support purchasing agents to meet performance goals.
• Define inventory strategies and develop action plans to achieve targets; deliver regular inventory performance reports and presentations.
• Provide management with updates on purchase price variance (PPV) tracking and cost reduction progress.
• Collaborate with the Quality Team to develop and enhance vendor performance.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proven knowledge and utilization of a fully functional ERP system.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field (e.g., Information Technology or Engineering); MBA and APICS CPIM certification are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in an office or supply chain environment.
• MBA and APICS CPIM certification preferred.
