Your compensation will be $29.25 per hour.

Security Officers maintain safety and security for guests, staff, and property.

Key responsibilities include:

• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry during shifts, including conducting fire and safety patrols.
• Communicating clearly and courteously with guests, visitors, management, and the team, both in person and by telephone, to ensure guests receive the best experience.
• Providing loss prevention and personal escort services for special requests, such as weddings.
• Reporting and helping correct any irregularities or imperfections that arise in a luxury hotel environment.
• Co‑ordinating with other departments and the extended hotel team to maintain effective alignment and communication.

• English as the primary language used in the hotel, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
• A spirit of teamwork and collaboration — you’ll work closely with other departments to support guests and staff.
• Flexibility to accommodate the nonstop operations of a luxury hotel.
