Provide basic care activities and personal needs, comfort and safety of your patient.;
Assist with the delivery of patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.;
Monitor vital signs and report unusual observations to the nurse.;
Record and measure intake and output.;
Provide nutritional needs including assisting and ordering room service, setting up meal trays and feeding.
