Mohs Histotechnician

Massachusetts Dermatology Associates (Mass Derm) located at Cummings Center in Beverly, Massachusetts is hiring for a Histotechnologist Position for Mohs Micrographic Surgery.

Candidates must be trained and experienced Mohs histotechnicians able to process a minimum of 8 full Mohs cases per day.

Although this is a full-time position, we will also consider part-time employment if preferred by the applicant.

• Mohs Histotechnology experience is required.
• Must be able to produce high quality specimens at the pace described above. Ideally a volume of more than 10 cases per day is preferred.

• Histotechnology certification and/or a Bachelor's degree in biological sciences is helpful but not required.

• Ability to work independently and provide meticulous attention to detail
• Fine motor skills and coordination for delicate management of specimens
• Professional and warm demeanor
• Ability to process a minimum of 8 Mohs cases per day, ideally 10+ cases
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Ability to support and supervise less experienced team members
• Willingness to help out with other duties in the clinic

Although the position is intended to be long-term and full-time, we are open to considering part-time or short-term employment if preferred by the applicant.
