$125,000-$165,000 per year

Responsibilities for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA)
  • Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement program goals and objectives necessary to provide quality care
  • Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively to manage diverse needs
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care
  • Possess exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrate empathy and good listening skills to staff, residents, and families
Qualifications of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA)
  • Must possess an NHA license in the state of MA
  • Two years of experience in a skilled facility is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills are necessary to successfully manage day-to-day operations in with all local, state, and federal codes, rules, and regulations
