Job Opportunity in the Beverly/Peabody, MA area. Join our mission to empower individuals with disabilities! Shift specifics: daily 9am‑12pm, daily 1pm‑4pm, and 4pm‑7pm (2x per week). We are a non‑profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with varying disabilities. We provide quality, personalized services in clients’ homes and communities, teaching skills for employment, community outings, respite care, mentorship, etc. We serve individuals ages 3–65.

We operate Monday to Sunday with various shifts available. For Arlington, we need help on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, hygiene, household maintenance, food shopping, meal preparation, budgeting, and social skills development.
• Providing ongoing support, role modeling, and guidance in improving personal responsibility, community living skills, and socialization.
• Facilitating leisure activities and encouraging engagement in social and recreational activities.
• Transporting individuals to appointments, work, and recreational outings.
• Documenting daily notes on program participants' progress and any changes.
• Attending review meetings, trainings, and other related appointments as required.

• Car and valid driver's license; will be driving clients in personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided). Clean driving record and ability to pass a CORI check.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to helping others.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and be on feet and on‑the‑go for hours, including accompanying clients for walks and other activities.
• Must be comfortable driving clients to and from places as needed.
• Other duties as required.

Part‑time with a combination of weekday and weekend shifts (ideal). Shift specifics: daily 9am–12pm, daily 1pm‑4pm, and 4pm‑7pm (2x per week). Candidates must be able to commute to Beverly/Peabody, MA area.
