At Delta Electronics Manufacturing Corp., our Quality Technician plays a vital role driving operational excellence and shaping finished products.
Key Responsibilities:- Interface with manufacturing, design, purchasing and process engineering on quality issues.
- Assist with coordination of Defective Material Reports (DMR) – including containment / disposition actions and root cause / corrective action investigations
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical assembly problems
- Participate in Lean (5S), Six Sigma, and Kaizen Blitz activities.
- Perform First Article Inspection, Inprocess Inspection, Receiving inspection, and Final inspection activities.
- Complete Test Reports per customer requirements.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a related field.
- Experience with inspections of mechanical and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
- Understanding schematics, mechanical drawings, and mechanical testing techniques
- Responsible, organized and detail‑oriented, self-starter and team player with excellent communications, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working in an AS9100 or Lean Six Sigma environment is a plus
