Quality Technician

At Delta Electronics Manufacturing Corp., our Quality Technician plays a vital role driving operational excellence and shaping finished products.

• Interface with manufacturing, design, purchasing and process engineering on quality issues.
• Assist with coordination of Defective Material Reports (DMR) – including containment / disposition actions and root cause / corrective action investigations
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical assembly problems
• Participate in Lean (5S), Six Sigma, and Kaizen Blitz activities.
• Perform First Article Inspection, Inprocess Inspection, Receiving inspection, and Final inspection activities.
• Complete Test Reports per customer requirements.

• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience with inspections of mechanical and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Understanding schematics, mechanical drawings, and mechanical testing techniques
• Responsible, organized and detail‑oriented, self-starter and team player with excellent communications, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working in an AS9100 or Lean Six Sigma environment is a plus
