• Support the lead teacher in creating a warm, safe, and engaging classroom
• Help implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with our curriculum
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Model kindness, patience, and positive communication
• Help guide behavior using redirection and positive reinforcement
• Support children with play, transitions, meals, naps, and outdoor time
• Assist with diapering, toileting, and daily routines as needed
• Observe children’s development and help document milestones
• Communicate with families alongside the classroom teacher
• Maintain clean, organized, and inviting learning spaces
• Follow all health, safety, and EEC policies
• Jump in where needed — because teamwork matters here

• Can work full-time hours, between 7-5:30 pm
• Occasional evenings or weekends for training or special events
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
• Ability to sit, bend, squat, kneel, and lift infants safely throughout the day
• Can lift to 50 pounds

$17.50 - $21 an hour

Payroll is processed weekly.
