Job Summary

Construction Estimator needed for a direct-hire role in the North Shore Massachusetts area. This opportunity will give you a chance to be part of a fast growing, well‑known construction firm doing projects all over the state of Mass. Qualified candidates will bring a Bachelor's degree in a construction related field and have 7+ years of estimating or construction management experience. The right person for this position will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore and Onscreen and will have a thoughtful, yet confident approach to communication.

• Collaborate with project management and preconstruction teams during project startup to establish budgets, align on strategy, and ensure engagement of qualified and competitive trade partners
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project pricing and execution strategies from early design through final bid
• Review drawings, specifications, and addenda to identify scope requirements, track revisions, and ensure all necessary trades are accounted for in the estimate
• Support pre‑bid planning efforts including strategy meetings, site visits, preparation of bid packages, and coordination to ensure complete subcontractor coverage
• Develop estimates during conceptual, schematic, and design development phases, providing cost feedback as designs evolve
• Prepare detailed construction document estimates and compile final pricing proposals

• Bachelor's degree in construction management related field
• 7+ years of estimating or construction management experience
• Confident, articulate and professional with a thoughtful approach to communication
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and Onscreen
• Preferred experience with Building Connected and 10000ft
