Senior Business Analyst

Hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to join a collaborative, people‑first higher education environment. Hybrid schedule: 1 day on site

• Strong experience with Workday/Oracle/People Soft/Success Factors/Rippling, specifically HCM, Payroll, and Reporting
• Hands‑on experience with implementations, integrations, configurations, security, and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
• Comfortable partnering with HR and business stakeholders in a consultative capacity

• Acting as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting a six‑person team
• Reviewing and optimizing existing configuration following full platform transition
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and improve system usability
• Supporting the rollout of a revised career framework and job architecture
• Building and maintaining job profile categories, job families, and job family groups
• Supporting career progression frameworks that directly impact performance reviews, compensation planning, and salary increases
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure long‑term organizational goals
