Robert Half is working with a respected client in the Burlington area seeking an Account Executive to join its sales team. In this role, you will be key in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue within the moving, storage, and logistics sectors. This position provides a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on the company's ongoing success and growth.

The selected candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally with experience managing complex projects within commercial relocation, facilities management, construction, or another related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

For the right experience our client is offering a base salary of $95k + uncapped commissions. Benefits include unlimited vacation, Health/Dental/Vision, 401k match and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

· 5-7 years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience managing complex projects, ideally within commercial relocation, facilities management, construction, or related fields

· Strong understanding of warehouse operations, relocation logistics, and client project life cycles.

· Proven ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales goals while driving sustained revenue growth.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

· Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

· Bachelor's degree (preferred), ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
