* Job Description:

**** The Administrator III - Shipping
** individual will be part of a small team but will make a big impact.  This role will primarily be in shipping & receiving however will cross train in all functions of the logistics operation.
* Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of the organization.
* Handle all day-to-day shipping functions, packaging, labeling, contact Freight Forwarders for pickups.
* Packing products for shipment to customers, producing the documentation that is required for export compliance.
* Responsible for Receiving Production, Expense, RMA (Returned Material), and Virtual items
* Participate in cross-functional teams devoted to efficiency, cost-reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality.
* Monitor key performance indicators to ensure achievement of goals.
* Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to the manager.
* Other projects, duties, or cross-training responsibilities as assigned.
** Requirements/

Qualifications:

*** US Citizenship/Permanent US Residency Required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with cross functional team members.
* 5 + years of industry experience in warehousing / shipping/receiving / distribution.
* Self-starter who requires minimal supervision, works well with teammates and internal customers, and has a results-based mindset and proven track record of success.
* International and freight forwarding shipping experience. Familiarity with Export regulations and has had Dangerous goods certification or is willing to get certified. Has experience filing with AES for international shipments.
* Experience working with an ERP System as well as Agile.
* Minimum 5 years working knowledge of UPS and Fed Ex online shipping system.
* Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
* Work well under pressure and daily deadlines.
* HS Diploma or equivalent experience.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $16.83 - $41.83.  Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
