• Goes above and beyond to deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise, including answering questions, offering city directions, and ensuring each customer interaction is positive.
• Performs vehicle inspections, maintains cleanliness of bus interiors, fuels buses, logs trip counts, and assists disabled passengers.
• Is present at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform.
• Possesses a valid state‑issued driver’s license carried at all times while on duty.
• Maintains an acceptable DMV record.
• Reports any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicates debris, water, oil spills, etc. to garage office.
• Substitutes for cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Has a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area to assist customers.
• Assists customers with luggage and other traveling items if operating shuttle buses at an airport location.
• Assists Facility Manager with additional duties as needed.

• High school education or equivalent experience; one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid CDL Class A, B, or C driver’s license with passenger endorsement per DOT regulations.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate).
• Availability for special shift requirements, including 3rd shift and weekends as required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics operations with American currency.
• Maintains a neat, clean appearance and uniform at all times.
• Physical demands: standing, walking, handling cash and equipment; occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
