Security Officer - Reception Desk Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control lobby access by greeting and screening visitors, issuing visitor credentials, confirming authorizations, and directing foot traffic to appropriate areas within the commercial property.;
Monitor CCTV, alarms, and other building systems as assigned; document and report irregular activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, assisting with access control during emergencies, and supporting arriving responders.;
Complete detailed reports and logs, including incident reports, visitor activity, deliveries, and key control entries; communicate shift updates during turnovers and/or handoffs.
