Security Officer - Lobby Ambassador

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Operate the front desk post by greeting and directing guests, verifying access credentials, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining sign-in logs and other required documentation.;
Answer phones and/or monitor communications channels, route calls and requests to the appropriate contacts, and document security-related concerns per site protocols.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.;
Monitor lobby and reception areas using cameras and other access control tools to help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or disruptions within the facility.
