Security Officer - Flex Concierge Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access to the location by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, maintaining sign-in logs, and directing guests to the appropriate tenant suite and/or contact;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and other building systems as assigned, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, documenting events, and notifying management and/or emergency services as required;
Complete detailed shift reports and other required documentation, including incident reports, access logs, and tenant or visitor requests, and communicate pass-down information to the next shift
