Responsibilities
  • Team and individual sales
  • Set appointments
  • Close appointments
  • Database and CRM Mastery
  • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales never walk in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and consistent process
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
  • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
Qualifications
  • A real estate license is required
  • Great communication
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills compartment
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Develops rapport with clients and is.booking able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
