The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum. Program Dates:
May 27 – August 7, 2026. Applicants are expected to be available for the full length of the program.

This role will support the salespeople under the SVP, Media & Sponsorship, reporting directly into the Senior Director.

• Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and client presentations.
• Conduct research on prospective clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with integrated sales & marketing, strategy, research and brand management teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative partnership opportunities.

• Passion for selling, connectivity, relationship-building.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic CRM tools.
• Interest in media, marketing, and brand partnerships.

The expected compensation for this position is $20/hr pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
