Under direction from the Cosmetics Selling Manager, the Beauty Advisor provides outstanding customer service, builds product sales, maintains relationships, supports team and new accounts, and follows company standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer experience from approach to post‑sale follow‑up.
• Achieve & exceed individual, vendor line, event, and departmental sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, merchandised counter and uphold counter standards.
• Use Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system to record client information and drive business.
• Participate in in‑house training, pre‑booked facial consultation events, and other development programs.
• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles:
  Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank.
• Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and the assigned Account Executive.

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Proven sales record exceeding quota.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomatic, goal‑oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with high multitasking.
• Proficient with online clienteling tools and proprietary software.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organizational ability.
• Ability to work independently and professionally present makeup consultation & application.
