Le poste Berluti, the only men's Maison in the LVMH Group, was born in Paris in 1895 and has grown through four successive generations of the Berluti family, cultivating the art of excellence and craftsmanship in shoes, while developing a passion for leather and patina.
In 2005, the Maison launched its leather goods collection and, in 2011, a ready-to-wear collection.

Berluti is currently looking for a Store Supervisor (M/W) based in our Beverly Hills Store
.
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Supervisor will support the store manager in the day-to-day management of the business ensuring an exceptional customer experience. They play a key role in the store, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve productivity and sales goals. They must embody the role of Ambassador of the Brand and must be reliable, disciplined, autonomous, and proactive.
They must also possess good leadership skills, product knowledge, and CRM expertise.
- Assist with supervising and developing the store's activity and performance under the guidance of store management by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the business.
- Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs for store sales and staff performance as well as CRM KPIs.
- Maximize potential across all product categories offered in-store by leveraging all available resources (VM, training, CRM, events...) and promoting synergies between categories.
- Work in partnership with the US headquarters teams and Store Manager to identify key opportunities and best practices for the store.
- Ensure excellence in customer service and promote customer loyalty to ensure quantitative and qualitative targets are met.
- Be an expert in products as well as understand industry trends.
- Support store manager with initiatives and ideas to drive business
- Animate morning briefs with the guidance of the Store Manager, ensuring key messages and priorities are clearly communicated.
- Support in promoting the spirit of Brand through effective communication with the team. Communicate & embody strategic vision, goals, projects & initiatives making sure team consistently displays values & behaviors of Brand.
- Engage sales team by sharing best practices and by providing spot coaching on the floor to support real-time development.
- In collaboration with the Store Manager, participate in onboarding new recruits, support team development and training (individually and collectively), and contribute to monitoring team performance through development plans.
- In partnership with the Store Manager, create a favorable work environment that is positive and inclusive; empower teams while encouraging innovative solutions.
- Work diligently with energy & creativity maximizing opportunities to progress brand objectives.
- Ensure operational procedures are communicated understood & implemented especially concerning transactions inventories transfers etc.
- Retail excellence:
Organize and contribute to stock management ensuring respect for visual merchandising. - To ensure that the boutique's image and the care given to products comply with the House's guidelines, and to secure the commitment of the teams in this respect.
- Passionate about Luxury and Retail.
- Brand Ambassador
- Solid knowledge of products, trends, and sales techniques.
- Extensive experience in sales within the fashion and luxury goods sector.
- Leadership skills with an ability to work as a team in a cross-functional manner.
- Service oriented, initiative-taking abilities, commercial proposal strength while respecting the values of the Brand.
- Excellent communication skills and high team spirit.
- Talent for management, coaching, and team development.
- Proficient in computer tools.
- Evolving profile.
The appointed candidate will be offered an annual base salary in the range of USD $35,00 - $36,00 hourly plus the opportunity for a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
