POSITION: In Store Training Manager •
REPORTS TO: Training Director

The Training Manager is an inspiring leader who trains and coaches the Retail Teams on the Dior selling ceremony, product knowledge, and client development to support the achievement of commercial goals. The In Store Training Manager provides consistent feedback to the SVP of Retail and Boutique Director/Manager on ways to improve, offering solutions and elevating training initiatives for their regional set by the department.

They collaborate with Boutique Leaders and Retail leadership to identify training needs and solutions, working cross-functionally to ensure all Dior selling teams are equipped to deliver the ultimate client experience in an ultra-luxury environment.

• Develop & facilitate training programs in the boutique, including brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremony, client development, and employee induction.
• Evaluate training and development needs of the boutique on an ongoing basis and provide regular follow-up to retail teams and corporate departments.
• Evaluate existing training programs, partner with the training team to revise or create new training programs based on business needs.
• Partner with Regionals, Merchandising, Visual, Events, CRM, and PR teams to develop product training on a seasonal basis.
• Track productivity reporting, partner with Regional Leadership to coach and manage underperforming associates.
• Oversee induction and onboarding for new employees of the boutique and support store openings, events and activations.
• Assist management with spot coaching on the floor to support development of client experience, styling, and brand ambassadorship of the boutique team.
• Provide recaps on trainings to Training, Boutique management and Retail Leadership Teams.
• Communicate with Retail Leadership to evaluate training level of all employees trained.
• Coordinate and manage training calendar in support of seasonal launches, events and activations for boutique support.
• Adjust priorities and manage time to support business needs most effectively.
• Track effectiveness of training programs, and provide regular follow-up to sustain progress.

• 5 years of Retail Training experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong passion and awareness for the luxury fashion industry.
• Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
• Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs in a variety of areas.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to listen actively to all and communicate material and instructions to others.
• Ability to follow the company’s policies and procedures.
• Strong computer presentation skills with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel as needed.

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $95,000 - $105,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
