As a Luxury Sales Specialist
, you’ll represent a legacy of excellence, curating personalized experiences for clients who value quality and elegance. This role offers the chance to work with premium products, collaborate with a passionate team, and grow within a brand synonymous with luxury.

• Deliver exceptional, white-glove customer service to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Master and share in-depth knowledge of Scandia Home’s luxury bedding, linens, and accessories, embodying our brand story.
• Guide clients through bespoke design selections, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized engagement and follow-up.
• Drive sales by proactively pursuing opportunities and consistently surpassing performance goals.
• Collaborate on captivating in-store merchandising and displays to showcase product elegance.
• Shipping and receiving duties, including processing incoming inventory, preparing outgoing orders, and ensuring accurate stock management. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Contribute to exclusive in-store promotions to elevate the brand experience.
