About The Job:
Fab Fit Fun is seeking a Senior Buyer, Fashion to join our Merchandising team! This role is a key member of our buying organization, responsible for building and maintaining brand partnerships that drive growth across our seasonal subscription boxes and e-commerce channels.

This role is based out of our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA and is not eligible for remote. We are presently operating from a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week in-office (Monday-Thursday).
What You’ll Do:
- Lead seasonal and annual buying strategies for Fashion across Fab Fit Fun ’s subscription boxes and e-commerce channels, partnering closely with the Director to drive category performance.
- Build, negotiate, and manage high-impact brand partnerships, including sourcing and onboarding top-tier and emerging fashion brands.
- Own deal execution end-to-end, working cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Marketing, Planning, Production, and Merch Strategy teams.
- Source and buy products aligned to line plans, ensuring financial goals are met across margin, cost benchmarks, SKU productivity, and overall assortment balance.
- Stay ahead of women’s fashion and lifestyle trends to deliver seasonally relevant, on-brand assortments that resonate with Fab Fit Fun members.
- Lead and develop a team of Buyers, Associate Buyers, and Assistant Buyers through coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Analyze performance and post-season results to identify insights, optimize future assortments, and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitive and marketplace analysis, including attending trade shows and market appointments as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, subscription, or retail, with a strong fashion focus.
- Proven experience negotiating and closing complex vendor agreements and managing high-value brand relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing buying teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing large revenue categories and open-to-buy.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel periodically for market and trade events.
This is a full-time position with an expected base salary range of $110K-$125K + annual bonus eligibility. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision & other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications.
