Key Holder - Joe's Jeans - Beverly Hills, CA (Part Time)
Joe's Jeans Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in motivating the store team to uphold our tradition of creating a memorable shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities- Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the Store Manager in achieving total store goals and KPIs.
- Educate the sales team on the store sales plan, personal sales goals, and store statistics.
- Lead by example on the sales floor and achieve individual sales goals.
- Create a customer‑service‑focused environment by consistently exhibiting best practices.
- Coaching associates on clienteling processes and standards.
- Develop and communicate strong knowledge of Company history, brand aesthetic, and product information to customers and the sales team.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and assist with other related projects as directed.
- Coordinate the daily activities of the sales team and ensure compliance with Company policies.
- Participate in the training of new associates on policies, brand, and products.
- Provide recognition and constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop and train internal talent in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Perform and coordinate store opening and closing procedures, including register duties and securing the store.
- Process all POS transactions and accurately, including repairs.
- Maintain merchandising, visual presentation, and housekeeping standards on the sales floor.
- Minimize loss prevention risks by complying with security procedures.
- Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm in all communication with clients, peers, and management.
- Participate in weekly Manager’s conference call and communicate sales reports as required.
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales generation and customer service.
- Interest in fashion and trend awareness.
- Strong computer skills – proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
$17.00 – $24.00 per hour
