We’re currently hiring passionate, enthusiastic, service-driven individuals for both full-time and part-time Seasonal Sales team members (90 Day Probationary Period--Primarily needed on the weekends; Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and potentially covering shifts when needed during the week).As part of our vibrant team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and helping kreate an inviting and vibrant store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences with high-energy, warmth, and professionalism

Educate customers on Kreation’s organic products, ingredients, and health benefits

Drive sales through upselling, sampling, and personalized recommendations

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation

Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth store and event operations

Be a strong brand ambassador both inside and outside the store

Requirements

Passion for health, wellness, and customer service

At least 2 years of customer service and/or cashier experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Strong communication skills and fluent in English Charismatic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude

Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Ability to stand for long shifts and work in varying temperature conditions

Must obtain a Food Handler's Card and complete all required training and certifications within 2 weeks of hire date

Must wear professional attire and non-slip footwear during all shifts for safety and comfort during shifts
