Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Holder to support a new store opening in the Beverly Hills area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, leadership, and customer service, and will be comfortable taking ownership of opening and closing responsibilities.

$62,400 per year

• Perform key holder duties, including opening and closing the store
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand guidelines
• Deliver excellent sales and customer service, ensuring a premium in-store experience
• Engage in clienteling to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support and lead team members on the sales floor, fostering a positive work environment
• Assist with the successful launch and ongoing operations of a new store opening

• Experience in a retail key holder, supervisor, or similar role
• Comfortable with opening and closing procedures and store security protocols
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Understanding of visual merchandising principles
• Proven ability to support and motivate a team
• Must live near or be able to commute reliably to the Beverly Hills
