• Supervise merchandise coordination, including receiving shipments, unpacking, and organizing products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom and storage areas.
• Collaborate with store management and sales associates to fulfill product requests.
• Train and motivate stock team members to meet operational standards and goals.
• Monitor inventory flow and assist with stockroom audits to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
• Lead by example in customer interactions on the sales floor.

• 1–3 years of retail or stockroom experience; supervisory experience preferred.
