We are currently hiring a Store Manager for our Los Angeles store, who will be responsible for delivering a unique shopping experience aligned with Pronovias standards, while ensuring the achievement of sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Based on the P&L defined by Corporate, develop the monthly and annual strategy for the store (sales, staffing, and inventory) to ensure business unit profitability and sales targets.
  • Report to the Area Manager on store performance to provide updated insights that support decision-making.
  • Oversee the daily appointment schedule, fittings, and tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction through effective resource and material planning.
  • Manage store inventory and monitor stock results to minimize shrinkage and adjust orders based on demand.
  • Organize and supervise post-sale services (fittings, deliveries, steaming, and alterations) to ensure successful appointments and customer satisfaction.
  • Support customer consultations by providing professional guidance in product selection and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure the store’s overall image aligns with the company’s internal policies.
  • Lead and supervise the store team by setting and monitoring individual and group objectives to deliver excellence in service and align with Pronovias’ sales cycle.
  • Manage and optimize team schedules according to business needs.
  • Regularly communicate with the team regarding updates that impact store operations (products, pricing, systems, etc.) to ensure smooth activity.
  • Attract and recruit top talent for Pronovias.
  • Support and motivate the team throughout their journey at Pronovias, ensuring they consistently demonstrate professional excellence.
  • Coordinate and implement team development projects and plans, recognizing and promoting growth within the company.
  • Foster a positive work environment and professionally and impartially manage any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with solid experience in retail management within premium or luxury fashion brands. Experience in the bridal or occasion wear sector is highly valued.

It is essential that you are a positive individual, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, goal-oriented, a team player, and a strong problem solver.
