We are currently recruiting Seamstresses & Fitters for our LA store. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering a unique shopping experience aligned with Pronovias standards and achieving sales goals.

• Coordinate with the Alterations Manager to organize daily/weekly agendas, ensuring dresses are ready for each appointment.
• Conduct fittings following Pronovias protocols, advising customers on alterations and suggesting complete look options with accessories.
• Perform alterations on gowns, meeting timing and quality standards set by Pronovias.
• Record all alterations in the system daily.
• Maintain store image by adhering to Pronovias visual and branding standards.

We seek candidates with solid experience in made-to-measure dressmaking, strong hand and machine sewing skills. Knowledge of bridal or occasion wear is a plus.

It is essential to be positive, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, results-oriented, a strong team player, and a problem solver.

Excellent communication skills are required, and knowledge of multiple languages will be valued.
