As a Pastry Cook at CUT Beverly Hills, you will support the pastry department in preparing world‑class desserts, breads, laminated pastries, and plated components for service in a high‑end, high‑volume environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most renowned restaurants in Los Angeles, where innovation, quality, and excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

• Assist in daily production of pastries, breads, plated desserts, and special items for PM service.
• Execute proper techniques for doughs, batters, creams, glazes, chocolate work, and lamination.
• Maintain consistency and quality in all menu items in accordance with the Wolfgang Puck brand.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in all pastry areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, and culinary team to support seasonal and creative menu development.

• Minimum 2 years pastry experience
• Demonstrate adequate pastry skills and operation
• Open availability – must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to perform in high‑volume environment

Pay: $26.76 - $30.10 / hour
